Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross‑train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs.

• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of scrubber and buffer.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms).
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in lounges, restrooms, and front end.
• Cross‑train in other store areas (backroom, front end, sales floor, etc.).
• Support and respond to all front‑end coverage needs.
• Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies.
• Maintain a safe environment through participation in safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour (actual pay determined by skill, qualification, and experience).
