Bluestone Pools is seeking a charismatic and organized Pool Retail Sales Associate to be the front-line representative of our in-store experience. As part of our Sales & Client Relations team, you’ll help homeowners find the right pool products, maintain their systems, and enhance their backyard enjoyment. The ideal candidate brings a passion for people, sharp memory skills, and a talent for upselling—all while delivering excellent service with a smile.

• Greet customers in-store with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Assist with product selection, answer customer questions, and provide pool care guidance.

• Build lasting customer relationships by remembering names, preferences, and product history.

• Upsell relevant accessories and services to meet customer needs and increase sales.

• Maintain clean, organized retail displays and stock shelves as needed.

• Process sales transactions using store software (LOU software experience a plus).

• Track inventory and assist with reordering products.

• Participate in promotional sales events and help coordinate seasonal offerings.

• Stay updated on new pool products, systems, and store promotions.

• Support the sales team and work closely with service technicians for customer follow-up.

• 5+ years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Energetic and personable, with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging in conversation and building rapport with customers.

• Excellent memory for names, numbers, and product information.

• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Sales-driven with the ability to upsell effectively and respectfully.

• Experience in a pool store or with LOU software is a major plus.

• Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
