Job Type: Part‑time, shift work (typically weekday evenings and weekends)
Starting Pay: $12‑$14 per hour with opportunities for pay increases during training.

Three Rivers Natural Grocery offers a wide range of natural, non‑GMO, and organic products, including gluten‑free, vegan, and locally sourced seasonal produce. The store features a deli, cafe, personal care and wellness department, and a fully organic produce section.

Cashiers must be efficient, accurate, and provide prompt customer service.

Duties include:

• Checking out and bagging customer purchases.
• Answering product questions and assisting other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
• Promoting and explaining the co‑op’s ownership and equity policies to customers.
• Promoting and explaining store products to customers.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly checkout area and storage space, including dusting shelves, cleaning spills, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash and recyclables.
• Completing task lists and assisting with other duties as needed.

• Ability to handle multiple demands and stay calm.
• Experience serving the public.
• Friendly, courteous, and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with natural foods.
• Organized, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.
• Ability to stand in one place for long periods.
