Become a part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative assisting in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and products at big‑box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations, build rapport, and maintain relationships with store management.

• Demonstrate HP products at a big‑box retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
• Report sales and provide competitive insights

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest suitable products
• Advise customers with information on products and services
• Assist customers in making selections by building confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience (required)
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• 1‑year job experience required
