Part Time Opener Express Team Member

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and provide a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Help customers with product questions and direct them to another team member when necessary.
• Stock product and maintain displays following merchandising standards.
• Utilize store technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Support general merchandise tasks – product, pricing, inventory, and merchandising across departments such as Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Cards & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal & Floral.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills (face‑to‑face and virtual).
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Process‑driven; able to follow procedures efficiently.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting product.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work with customers consistently in a fast‑paced environment.
