Full-Time Retail Supervisor

At our Company we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! Our Retail Merchandising Team is seeking a competitive and ambitious Supervisor with proven experience managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client and customer standards by overseeing and directing the activities of associates within assigned territories.

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Communicate accurately and timely, perform administrative duties, and coach direct reports.

• Associate’s Degree Preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Support business development by building goodwill with trade and clients, ensuring timely new item placement, and completing retail projects.
• Conduct client audits and store audits to meet client objectives.
• Enhance brand representation by establishing and maintaining trade relationships.
• Maintain shelf standards and conditions to meet client schematics.
• Schedule and oversee merchandiser coverage; review schedules and reports.
• Control budget and expenses to stay under budget.
• Complete accurate paperwork and reports including recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.

Direct Reports

• Hire, train, coach, guide, direct, and develop direct reports using company tools.

Indirect Reports

• Delegate work and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports.

Travel and driving are essential duties and functions of this role. Travel up to 30 % of the time.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years applicable experience, 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Well‑organized and detail‑oriented; able to handle fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

The incumbent must be able to perform essential functions in office, field, retail store or warehouse. Requires spending 66 %+ of working hours in physical activity, lifting or pushing up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and may work in extremely cold conditions. Proper safety practices are essential.
