• Oversee all shift operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
• Set the example for team members and enforce all corporate policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage labor, paper work, food management, perfect image standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, marketing, and adherence to standards.

• Operate all equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly) and provide correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for handling orders over the phone and in person.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise handling of food, equipment and paperwork.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors and deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate delivery areas with a safe driving record and an insured vehicle.
• Use navigation skills to locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and carry product.
• Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customers as required.
• Potential for climbing stairs during delivery.

• Stand, walk short distances, and sit during paperwork.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds; move trays up to 12 pounds; handle large cans, sauce, and pizza dough.
• Perform forward bending, reaching, crouching, and hand tasks continuously throughout the shift.
• Operate heavy equipment and tools such as ovens, pizza washers, and dough mixers.

• Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Adverse weather, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and moving mechanical parts on duty.
• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash, performing outside tasks, or delivering product.
