Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset;
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, building relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs;
Ensures compliance with company policies and supports Open Door Policy and ethical standards.
