ABOUT THE JOB

Domino's Pizza seeks a highly energetic customer service representative to work at our store. Work is available part or full time to enable students to finish their studies or earn extra money.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and grow into franchise owners. The role offers opportunities for management or corporate positions.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Completing general store duties including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility daily.
• Undergo orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Must have strong communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; speak verbally with customers and co‑workers for orders over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used), make correct monetary change.
• Proficient with verbal, written, and telephone order entry; keyboard or touch screen usage.
• Motor coordination: rapid, accurate hand and finger movements.
• Perform general store tasks in varying temperature conditions and under exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and outside tasks.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meeting quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing data, making judgments and decisions.

• Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking: short distances over short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks with linoleum.
• Sitting: paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds on a hand truck; items up to 3' x 1.5' dimensions.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (12 lbs each).
• Pushing: trays on dollies up to 24‑30 inches; force up to 7.5 lbs to push or pull.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the waist for assembly, stocking, and other tasks; duration 30‑45 seconds at one time repeated throughout the day.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuously up, down, and forward; sometimes above 72".
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination required; using forearms and wrists for shaping dough, handling pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes.
• Machines and tools: use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
