Fuel Center Clerk

Assist customers and manage the cash register at the fuel center. Maintain cleanliness, recover stock, fill incident and security reports, and comply with corporate policies.

• Model Customer‑First behavior; deliver excellent customer service and encourage associates.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete a Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies and all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans, numbers, and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

• Any related experience.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
