Entry Level Medical Screener Wayne Getz Rd

Location:

USA – IN – Fort Wayne – Getz Rd.

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand entire shift and lift up to 5 lbs. (materials up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.).
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Ability to work with prolonged glove wear to reduce exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (helpful).

Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour.
