Overview
š Build & Grow National Accounts Circle Logistics is expanding, and weāre searching for a sales-focused Senior Account Manager who can generate new business, close deals, and manage national customer relationships with confidence. If you thrive on prospecting, solving problems, and owning your accounts end-to-end, this role is built for you.
You will cold call, sell, onboard, and manage the accounts you bring onā full-cycle ownership, real impact, and unlimited opportunity for growth.
What Youāll Do- Cold call, hunt, and convert new national accounts
- Build and grow your book through strategic outreach and solution selling
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive service & communication
- Negotiate customer pricing and carrier rates to protect profitability
- Monitor daily shipments and maintain a āNo Failā service mindset
- Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service expectations, and onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio ā start to finish
- 1ā3 years of logistics, brokerage, or transportation sales experience
- Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound business development
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Clear and professional communication ā verbal & written
- Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
