Circle Logistics, a Top 50 national company, is adding highly motivated Senior Account Managers to its in-person sales team in Fort Wayne, Indiana
. This opportunity is open to both experienced sales professionals and aspiring sales professionals who are eager to build a career in sales. Success in this role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to put in the work. This is a high call volume, detail oriented role for individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Full ownership of a growing book of business across mid market and enterprise level accounts
- High volume outbound calling and consistent prospecting to build new business
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through long term account growth
- Building trust based relationships through persistence, follow up, and strong communication
- Identifying opportunities, uncovering needs, and driving revenue growth
- Maintaining accurate records and managing details across multiple active accounts
- Collaborating cross functionally to support a strong customer experience
- Experience in sales or a strong desire to start and grow a career in sales
- High energy, positive attitude, and competitive drive
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls and stay disciplined with outreach
