Forge Industrial Staffing is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative for an opening with a fast-paced, growth-focused company located in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and an unrelenting drive to hunt for new business, prospect daily, and relentlessly pursue new client opportunities.

- Base salary of $75,000 plus uncapped commission
- Health/Vision/Dental Insurance Available
- Paid Time Off

- Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Drive new business through aggressive cold calling, drop-ins, and relationship-building
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to consistently exceed sales goals
- Deliver compelling proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with staffing solutions
