Outside Sales Representative

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year.

Job description: Art Home Photo is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Professional to help expand our presence in the real estate industry.

If you have experience in sales, business development, account executive roles, outside sales, or client relationship management, this role is built for you.

• Prospect and generate new leads within the real estate industry.
• Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings, coffee meetings, and agency visits.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Increase client retention and repeat bookings.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to agents and brokerages.

• Grow our presence in the Indianapolis market.
• Represent Art Home Photo at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Provide market feedback to leadership to improve strategy and positioning.

• Experienced in sales, business development, account executive, outside sales, or territory sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Skilled at relationship-building and follow-up.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Competitive but collaborative.
• Growth-minded and open to coaching.

This is not an entry-level role. Prior sales or business development experience is required.

• $30,000 base salary.
• Performance-based commission.
• Realistic total earnings: $50,000–$80,000+.
• No commission cap.
