Responsibilities include:

• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals
• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology, brands, and devices such as Apple, Samsung, wearables, and more
• Understanding customer needs and helping them discover suitable products
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Providing prompt and courteous customer service in person, via phone, or written communication
• Consulting with customers to determine their wireless solutions based on their wants and needs
• Selling and servicing all Verizon Wireless products and identifying opportunities to up-sell
• Achieving monthly sales goals
• Performing administrative duties
• Maintaining strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, price plans, promotions, and competitive offers
• Handling service inquiries from customers
