At Don Ayres Honda, our Sales Consultants are more than salespeople — they are trusted advisors, relationship builders, and brand ambassadors. Automotive experience is not required. If you’ve succeeded in hospitality, retail, fitness, or other customer-facing industries, your skills translate exceptionally well here. We provide the structure, tools, and process. You bring the drive, confidence, and personality.

• Commission-based. No cap.
• Typical annual earnings: $52,000-$150,000+
• Top performers regularly exceed this range

• Engage customers quickly and confidently
• Ask direct, strategic questions to guide decisions
• Present vehicles and features with authority
• Manage relationships from first contact through delivery and follow-up
• Take full ownership of outcomes while working with a fast-paced team
  
  You own the customer experience and your results.
• Engage customers on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
• Create short videos (vehicle walk-arounds, deliveries, promotions)

• Are assertive, persuasive, and people-driven
• Enjoy competition, goals, and being measured
• Move fast, follow up relentlessly, and self-manage
• Want income growth, recognition, and visibility

• Comfort on camera and willingness to put yourself out there - Training is provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen
