Job OverviewImmunology Account Executives serve as a resource for hospitals, group practices and specialty pharmacies focusing on immunological diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic disease, atopic dermatitis, and Crohn’s disease. They develop key account management skills, build collaborations, provide data‑driven insights, and deliver measurable impact through portfolio products.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as account manager for the assigned geographic location, focusing on influential group practices and IDN partners.
- Lead and drive portfolio collaboration through consistent communication, follow‑up, and feedback.
- Develop targeted, compliant business and account plans with input from field partners.
- Execute immunology portfolio products to drive increased sales and market share.
- Provide disease‑management details and empower process change using clinical and economic data.
- Share tools such as clinical pathways, order sets, and flow sheets to elevate patient support.
- Lead and manage communication on strategic insights with Immunology District Managers and internal partners.
- Persistently tailor and execute deliverables along the call continuum to implement impact.
- Identify local opportunities and threats, modifying business plans as needed in a matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of mainland sales experience for grades 18/19 (or 2 years for new-to‑immunology candidates for grade 17). Experience in sales or account management in the immunology franchise is required.
- Proven business results with targeted sales numbers and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functional areas.
- Strong business planning, organizational, and project‑management skills.
- Track record of delivering balanced, high‑quality patient care and enhanced patient experience.
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and meet safe‑driving requirements.
- Ability to use a personal or company vehicle.
The compensation range is USD 109,500 – USD 208,500 per year. Compensation within this range may vary based on location and other factors. Benefits include paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
