• Meet sellers in person, build trust quickly, negotiate, and secure signed purchase agreements
• Run inbound and outbound calls and field appointments
• Close 6+ purchase agreements per month (top performers reach 8+)
• Follow up relentlessly on warm leads and pending deals
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and hand off cleanly to the transaction team

• Competitive base pay during your training ramp, then uncapped performance commission
• On-target Year-1 earnings of $80,000–$120,000 — no income cap
• Deal-volume bonuses, quarterly profit-sharing, and seller-finance/subject-to bonuses
• Year-end profit share

• A proven closer who is hungry, resilient, and doesn't fold at "no"
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust in minutes
• A sales background — real estate, wholesaling, or high-ticket sales (cars, solar, insurance) is a plus
• Self-motivated and coachable, with reliable transportation and a smartphone

• Company laptop, phone (or phone credit), branded apparel, and software
• Company card for field travel and a steady flow of leads
• Salesforce CRM and professional tools
