Position: Growth-Driven Security Sales Consultant

Imperial surveillance is looking to add a highly motivated Sales Consultant with a proven track record of success to our Fort Wayne office. We are looking for a leader. We want a passionate, energetic, self-driven person. With the right mix of skills and personality, there is a lot of room to grow within the organization.

We are a full service, licensed, security company that specializes in video surveillance, access control, alarm systems and cyber solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

● Sell the Services and Solutions that Imperial Surveillance offers.

● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

● Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals.

● Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos, and presentations.

● Act as the initial point of contact for alarm, access control, and video system requests.

● Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals.

● Give professional presentations to potential future clients.

● Learn and understand the products and solutions we offer.

● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Qualifications:

● Proven success in a sales role.

● Valid driver's license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration.

● Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability.

● Strong decision-making ability.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

● Self-driven to exceed.

● Passionate.

● Consistently exceeds expectations.

● Takes initiative.

● Strong enthusiasm for their work.

● Strong commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
