®, we’re hiring a Junk Removal Driver / Onsite Sales Specialist who can connect with customers, sell services on the spot, and get the job done physically.

• Customer Service + Sales (This is KEY)
• Meet customers onsite and walk them through the service
• Quote jobs confidently based on volume
• Recommend additional services (cleanouts, extra loads, labor)
• Close the sale onsite + collect payment
• Deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish

• Lift, carry, and load items (furniture, appliances, debris)
• Work in homes, offices, and job sites
• Lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal

• Safely operate company vehicles
• Work with a team that moves fast and supports each other
• Represent the brand professionally in the community

• Sales-minded personality (comfortable talking money + closing jobs)
• Someone who likes physical work (this is NOT optional)
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Comfortable helping customers in stressful or emotional situations

• You’re looking for a driving-only job
• You want a desk or low-activity role
• You’re not comfortable with sales or upselling
• You can’t handle physical labor daily
