Inside Sales Rep

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email.

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
• Answer phone calls and walk-in questions of potential and existing customers.
• Provide customer service when required during pick-up of orders.
• Provide quotes to customers.
• Take sales orders and invoice customers.

• Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
