Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead growth across the Midwest region. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical sales expertise with strong relationship-building skills to drive revenue and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by expanding market share within the assigned Midwest territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Promote and specify products within engineering and municipal communities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and product delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance tracking metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical or infrastructure-related markets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Understanding of underground infrastructure, construction specifications, or ASTM standards is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong time management and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively (overnight and same-day travel).
