About the RoleCircle Logistics is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales organization. This is a high-activity, outbound sales role focused on developing new business within domestic ground transportation. If you thrive on dialing, qualifying, and building a pipeline through consistent outbound effort, this role is for you.
This position is ideal for a proven inside sales professional who understands how to work leads, open doors, and convert conversations into long-term customer relationships.

- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new shipper opportunities
- Engage prospects through phone outreach and follow-up communication
- Educate potential customers on Circle’s domestic transportation solutions
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through disciplined outreach and follow-up
- Set meetings and advance opportunities toward onboarding
- Partner with internal operations and sales leadership to ensure a smooth transition once business is secured
- Accurately document activity, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Proven outbound sales experience (inside sales, SDR, BDR, or similar)
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Comfortable opening new accounts and handling objections
- Competitive, resilient, and metrics-driven
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
