Specifcation Manager - Counties Referbishment

Through technical expertise, specification support and high-quality products, we help customers achieve compliant, sustainable and commercially successful roofing and renewable energy projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join our team, responsible for driving product specification across key projects and building strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision‑makers. The role focuses on identifying opportunities at an early stage, securing product inclusion within project specifications, and supporting delivery through to completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence outcomes to support business growth.

This is to cover East Anglia, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire.

• Develop roofing specifications with architects, consultants and surveyors.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers and local authorities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across refurbishment and new build.
• Deliver CPDs and technical presentations.
• Manage your project pipeline using CRM.
• Work closely with our technical and commercial teams to secure projects.

• Experience with in roofing, waterproofing, insulation or the wider construction industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A proactive approach to business development.
• Good commercial awareness.
• A full UK driving licence.
