Vend Park is a pioneer in technology-driven parking management, helping commercial real estate owners put antiquated parking technology and manual operations in the past. Our automated parking management and payments platform digitizes the traditional operator model, using AI-powered workflows and computer visionto streamline parking operations, reduce costs, and drive increased revenue for property owners. The solution is tailored to office and mixed-use commercial properties, delivering seamless, white-glove parking experiences for tenants and visitors.

As a key member of the Vend Park team and reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, the Head of Sales – East Coast will drive our sales strategy and execution across the Eastern United States. This role demands an individual contributor and leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on sales management to capture new business, expanding our presence in key markets.

You will forge strong client relationships and strategic partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our go-to-market approach meets the needs of our target customers. In this high-impact position, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Vend Park’s revenue and shaping the company’s growth trajectory in a fast-growing, innovative industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in expanding Vend’s presence by identifying and closing new business opportunities across both established and untapped markets.
  • Build and foster relationships with real estate owners and operators, positioning Vend as the go-to partner for increasing property value with innovative parking technology.
  • Craft and execute strategic go-to-market plans for new regions, driving value for premium commercial assets.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously innovate the sales process and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
  • Own the sales pipeline, delivering updates to leadership and driving the business forward.
  • Develop sales strategies with leadership to accelerate growth and hit ambitious targets.
  • Use prospecting tools and techniques to engage with key decision-makers and schedule impactful pitch meetings.
  • Travel to key regions to meet prospects, close deals, and create lasting partnerships (up to 20% travel required).

Required Experience/Skills

At least 6 years Account Executive experience in B2B enterprise sales in preferred industries: commercial real estate, proptech, parking technology and management

  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas and build trust with partners.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to own projects from start to finish, making things happen.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Confident in prospecting and cold-calling, with a passion for solving customer challenges.
  • Passion for technology and how it can reshape the future of parking and mobility.
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience in real estate, parking, or mobility industries.
  • Proven track record of opening new markets and driving revenue growth.
