We’re looking for an experienced, polished and highly motivated Client Growth Specialist to help drive growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and creating new business conversations.
This is a role for someone who is naturally outgoing, confident in professional settings and comfortable representing the company in person. The ideal candidate brings strong emotional intelligence, a genuine interest in people and the resilience needed to thrive in a sales environment. They know how to listen well, ask thoughtful questions and think ahead about client needs and business challenges.
This role includes regular in‑state and regional travel for client meetings, events, networking opportunities and relationship‑building activities.
Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach- Research target accounts, industries and decision‑makers.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, Linked In and in‑person networking to generate qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and conversations.
- Tailor messaging to each audience with professionalism and credibility.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences and other business development opportunities.
- Develop trust and rapport quickly with prospective clients and partners.
- Listen carefully to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to add value.
- Ask the right questions to uncover needs, priorities and fit.
- Qualify opportunities based on business need, timing and fit.
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership to advance qualified prospects through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up activity.
- Support the transition from first conversation to meaningful sales opportunity.
- Travel regularly within the state and region to support client meetings, prospecting and local market engagement.
- Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities as needed.
