Business Development Manager – Material Handling & Warehouse Solutions
We're growing our Dock & Door division and looking for a driven sales professional to help expand our presence throughout Northeast Indiana and surrounding markets.
If you enjoy building relationships, prospecting for new business, and managing deals from initial conversation through project completion, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer visits
- Sell dock and door repair, service, replacement, and installation solutions
- Build relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial customers
- Manage opportunities from prospecting and quoting through project completion
- Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while actively developing new accounts
- Spend the majority of your time in the field working directly with customers
- Outside sales, business development, or industrial sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and owning a territory
- Material handling sales
- Construction or facility services sales
- Experience calling on warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential
- Established customer base and strong market reputation
