Job SummaryAs a Regional Sales Representative for a B2B equipment distributor, you will be in charge of new business development sales across your Northern
Indiana territory
, spanning Fort Wayne and surrounding northern Indiana counties. You will be a highly motivated, independent and self‑driven sales professional with a proven track record.
- Minimum 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Determined‑to‑succeed attitude.
- Experience in the food‑service industry sales is a big plus.
- As an employee owner, you are your own boss.
- Base + Commission + Bonus Program.
- Sales Incentive Trip.

- First‑year earning potential of $90 K+.
