The Flex Sales Associate will provide world‑class fan experiences, surpass sales goals, and engage creatively with customers.

• Deliver a world‑class shopping experience and surpass sales goals.
• Engage and attract fans, sharing product knowledge and inspiring styling.
• Support store operations during peak hours: evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, varying from a few hours in quieter periods to increased availability during peak times.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with demonstrable sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a caring approach.
• Ability to engage and charm customers at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule: 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable and ready to step in during high‑traffic times or special events.

$12.00 – $15.00 commensurate with experience.
