Gentiva Hospice is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to lead a sales team across a defined hospice territory. You will drive census growth, supervise talent, and build referral partnerships with physicians, facilities, and community partners.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of healthcare sales experience, including 1+ years in leadership. Travel up to 75% is expected; CRM and HCHB experience are preferred.
