First Cash is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations across the country. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
Base pay is $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure paying per transaction and an additional potential up to 8% on transactions. Earned Wage Access, 401k, and other benefits are available.
