National Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help drive sales, build strong client relationships, and support business development efforts while contributing to the continued growth of Kanak Naturals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and business partners
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery updates
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM systems
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on business development activities
• Represent Kanak Naturals at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in sales, distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, natural products, or a related industry is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with customer relationship management and account development
• Passion for sustainability, environmental responsibility, and natural products is a plus
