Outside Sales Representative

YOUNGBLOOD AUTOMATION IS SEEKING OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES IN THE FOLLOWING REGIONS:

• Mid-Michigan
• Northeast Indiana
• Columbus, Ohio

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll promote our broad portfolio of leading automation products and custom engineered solutions in industries that rely on automation to enhance efficiency, reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers in your territory to drive steady, sustainable growth
• Learning customer operations and identifying ways our solutions can help
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver timely quotes and solutions
• Sharing market feedback and customer insights with the sales team

Sales Representatives are supported by experienced Product Managers, Design & Application Engineers, Customer Service professionals, Sales Management, and trusted vendor partners who help you succeed in the field and continue building your technical and sales skills.

• Experience in industrial, automation, or technical sales is a plus—but not required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and comfort building relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
• Willingness to learn technical products and customer applications
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
