Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising Company, you will drive revenue growth by selling outdoor and digital advertising solutions to local and regional businesses. Working within our Sales & Business Development team, you'll prospect new clients, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with our creative and operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns. In our community-focused, collaborative culture, you'll build long-term relationships based on integrity while helping brands enhance visibility throughout the markets we serve.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B clients in assigned territory
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored OOH and digital advertising solutions
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular check-ins
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
• Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate results to clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Lamar Advertising Company with integrity in the local business community
