I'm working with a growing fire protection organization looking for a Fire Protection Sales Professional near Fort Wayne IN. This isn't a transaction-focused sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex fire protection challenges while guiding projects from concept to completion.

If you enjoy walking a jobsite, reviewing plans, collaborating with contractors, and developing solutions that genuinely make a difference, this could be a great fit.

• Building relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors
• Identifying customer needs and creating customized fire protection solutions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Preparing takeoffs, estimates, and proposals
• Supporting design-build projects through hazard analysis and value engineering
• Managing a strong pipeline of opportunities from bid to close
• Working alongside project teams to ensure successful execution after the sale

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler sales or fire protection design experience
• NICET Water-Based Layout certification preferred
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
