** Parts Counterperson Requirements
*** One year of experience related to the sales of automotive parts and services
* Basic understanding of diesel parts and equipment
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and parts databases
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to diagnose customer issues and identify parts needed
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to stand and be physically active during your shift
* Physical ability to frequently life and move up to 50 pounds
* Must have a valid driver's license

**** esponsibilities
* ** Answer phone calls and greet in person customers
* Identify parts needed based on customer descriptions and equipment details
* Use computer databases and online resources to look up part numbers, pricing information and availability
* Maintain lost sales tracking
* Process customer orders
* Provide the same support to Service Technicians and Outside Sales Associates
* Assist in regular cycle counts
* Process core returns and exchanges
