Job Title:

Security Associate, Manufacturing – Interview (Saturday–Monday, 5:00 pm–5:30 am)

Location: Dairy Plant #7390, 2150 W Pleasant Center Road, Fort Wayne, IN  (United States)

Controls access to the facility, verifies identifications, issues visitor badges, maintains visitor logs, and provides security oversight for employees, visitors, and contractors.

• Verify identifications and issue visitor badges, maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Maintain a visible and proactive presence to deter potential security threats and provide a sense of security.
• Conduct regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility, preventing theft or unauthorized items.
• Monitor inbound and outbound trailers using computer applications and report unusual activity to management.
• Perform security inspections of buildings, grounds, and trailers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed security reports, incident logs, and documentation of security-related incidents.
• Ensure the proper operation of alarm systems, fire systems, and fire suppression equipment.
• Assist and guide employees and visitors during emergencies, including evacuations, first aid, and directing to safe areas.
• Create and issue all new and replacement associate badges and visitor badges.
• Adhere to company safety procedures, guidelines, and use personal protective equipment.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, reporting hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Participate actively in safety trainings and drills, maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest ways to address them.
• Adapt to change, learn from feedback, and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners.

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Competitive hourly wage: $20.80 – $26.00, with potential premiums up to $3.00 per hour.
