Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and/or report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, or maintenance-related issues to the appropriate personnel;
Support a dynamic tech-focused location by maintaining awareness of changing conditions, following post orders, and/or assisting with incident response and escalation procedures
