Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and delivery processing in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly entry and exit activity;
Observe and report potential hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and communicate with supervisors and site representatives regarding security-related issues
