** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the job site, access points, staging areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or conditions that may require attention.

+ Monitor entrances, gates, and other restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with site rules and posting requirements.

+ Assist with observation and reporting related to equipment, materials, and/or deliveries to help support orderly site operations during active and after-hours periods.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
