Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, lobbies, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points, while noting unusual activity and/or conditions.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.;
Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused location by remaining aware of changing conditions, following post orders, and assisting with incident response and/or escalation when appropriate.
