Position: Intel and Ops Integrator (PSYOP Support)

Job Description

As a Intel and Ops Integrator (PSYOP Support), you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. The role requires deep expertise in SOF intelligence operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and directorates.

How a Senior Intel SME (PSYOP Support) Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinates activities across staff directorates and is responsible for direct coordination with the client’s Intelligence Directorate and inter‑agency partners.
  • Manages operations, plans, policy, and standards for special activities supporting the broader intelligence strategy.
  • Provides continuity for joint, inter‑agency, and national operations.
  • Facilitates coordination of PSYOP posture with national and theater intelligence agencies, services, and theater component commands.
  • Performs as an essential member of a group of hand‑picked action officers responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of special intelligence operations, oversight, and resourcing requirements.
  • Provides support for all matters pertaining to Intelligence integration for Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education: Master’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience required; significant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of SOF‑related experience.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and ability to conceive, plan, develop, and produce a wide range of comprehensive operational management, policy making, and oversight actions for SOF intelligence operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community, target audience analysis, the Modernized Integrated Database, and the targeting cycle.
  • Experience operating on a GO/FO‑level SOF staff.
  • Experience in policies and processes regulating the conduct of special operations activities.

Security Clearance Level: Active in‑scope TS/SCI clearance required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on‑call status for periods of time in support of mission requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct periodic travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting PSYOP or related operations.

Location: Customer Site (Omaha, NE).
