Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and access control processes to deter unauthorized access and support site protocols;
Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts
