Security Shift Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Title

Full‑Time Security Shift Lead – 2nd Shift (Mon‑Fri 2:00‑10:00 PM) in Fort Wayne, IN.

Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule:

2nd Shift Monday‑Friday 2:00 PM‑10:00 PM. Days and hours may vary with operational needs.

• Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Read, understand, and execute Post Orders and SOP promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead security staff during shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and produce accurate reports.

• Two years of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (preferred).
• Three or more years of supervisory or shift‑lead experience.
• Reliable transportation and communication means.
• Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and communicate information clearly.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
