Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries, to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or credential checkpoints to support authorized access for personnel, deliveries, and visitors;
Observe work areas and surrounding grounds for security concerns and report findings according to post procedures
