Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of active work areas, building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain controlled access to construction-related locations.;
Prepare accurate reports and logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
