Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency response activities and escalation procedures.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in required reports and shift records.
