Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, deliveries, and subcontractors in accordance with site requirements;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, temporary facilities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
