Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems including air handlers, chillers, boilers, compressors, pumps, VAV systems, and related components;
Respond promptly to urgent service requests involving HVAC issues, leaks, equipment failures, and facility emergencies;
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems and associated infrastructure;
Monitor, test, and adjust building automation systems and environmental controls;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and compliance checks
